Not All Livestock Panels Are Created Equal

Our Difference

Unlike the most welded mesh livestock panels available on the market today, all our livestock panels are fabricated using a superior Galvanized-After-Weld (GAW) process, which produces a much higher quality and longer-lasting product compared to common Galvanized-Before-Weld (GBW) panels.

Common welded mesh livestock panels are fabricated using GBW process, which is cheaper to produce but less durable. In GBW mesh, the protective zinc coating is burned away during welding at all the wire intersections, leaving all these weld points unprotected from day one. Unfortunately, these exposed weld points are exactly where water and corrosive elements collect, creating many access points for rust to enter the wire.

WHY Galvanized-After-Weld (GAW)

Longer Service Life

Our panels are Hot-Dip Galvanized after weld to a zinc coating thickness of Class 3 Standard. Our unique GAW fabrication makes a huge difference in the longevity of the fence since the wire intersections are thoroughly sealed and protected from environmental factors. Corrosive elements have no access to the weld points and the thick layer of zinc will protect the underlying wire for years, which greatly extends the lifetime of the panel.
